31 Employees did theft together
Police said that about 4 years ago, 6800 mobile phones worth Rs 5 crore had gone missing from a mobile company located in the Thana Ecotech-I area. In this case, a case of theft was registered by the company officials against 31 employees including Amitesh, a resident of Darbhanga in Bihar. According to the police, the accused used to work in the company. After the incident, the police arrested the accused and sent them to jail. The investigation of which was handed over to the Dankaur police.
Police say that the accused did not appear in court again after coming out on bail. Many times the order to arrest the accused was also given by the court to the Dankaur police. Police say that the accused lived in Delhi at the time of the incident. Whereas after coming on bail, he changed his place from there. Due to which it was very difficult to find him. Police took gangster action against the accused. Along with this, the officials had also announced a reward of Rs 25,000 on the accused.
Police reached the accused in the guise of a monk
During the investigation, the police came to know that the accused is living in his native Bihar’s Darbhanga. After which the police reached there, people did not tell his address to the UP police due to wearing uniform. After that the police kept looking for him. But the accused could not be traced. After which a policeman disguised as a monk and interrogated the people about the accused Amitesh, it was found that for the last several years he lived as a monk in a temple located in a university located in the Kadirabad police station area. After this, the policeman also reached the accused in the guise of a monk. Who secretly informed the matter to other policemen. After which the police team nabbed the accused from the spot and took him to the local Kotwali. After which the police brought the accused to Dankaur Kotwali. According to the police, the accused is not even married yet.
