Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA) had issued a notice on October 19 to Malti Devi, owner of Global Hospital located at Jhalwa under Dhumanganj police station area of ​​Prayagraj district of Uttar Pradesh, in which the building was said to be unauthorizedly constructed. where this hospital is being operated. It has been said in the notice that the building has been constructed without obtaining the requisite permission from the Prayagraj Development Authority, for which a show cause notice was issued earlier and an opportunity of being heard was given to present its side. However, the order to operate the bulldozer has been passed due to non-appearance on the date of hearing and not presenting the ownership records and maps, the notice said. The hospital has been directed to vacate by 11 am on October 28.

Patient had died

Let us inform that in the past, the condition of the patient Pradeep Pandey had deteriorated after allegedly being given juice of mosambi at the Global Hospital, after which he was admitted to another hospital in the city, where he died.

Administration swung into action after Deputy CM’s tweet

After the video of the incident was circulated on social media, the district administration swung into action on the tweet and orders of Deputy Chief Minister Brijesh Pathak and the hospital was sealed on September 20, where the patient was replaced with platelets. Moushumi juice was allegedly offered.

Mosambi Juice Offered Or Fake Platelets?

On September 21, the day after the hospital was sealed, Prayagraj police busted a gang selling fake platelets and arrested 10 of its members. However, whether the patient was offered Mosambi juice or fake platelets at the Jhalwa hospital, it is not yet clear, as the test report of the sample has been sent by Motilal Nehru Medical College in a sealed cover to the District Magistrate and the Chief Medical Officer.
