Uttarakhand : Dhami government will withdraw sedition case against MLA Umesh Kumar, politics heats up

A new twist has come in the Uttarakhand government vs independent MLA Umesh Kumar Sharma case. The sedition case filed against Independent MLA Umesh Kumar Sharma from Khanpur may end. The current Dhami government does not want to prosecute independent MLA Umesh Kumar Sharma for sedition. This is the reason why the state government has filed an affidavit to withdraw the SLP in this ongoing case in the Supreme Court.
