New twist in the case of giving massage to Satyendra Jain in Tihar Jail, masseur turns out to be accused of rape

A shocking revelation has now come to light in the matter of giving physiotherapy to Minister Satyendar Jain, lodged in Delhi’s Tihar Jail in connection with the money laundering case. According to Tihar Jail sources, Rinku, the masseur of jailed Delhi minister Satyendar Jain, is an inmate, while earlier it was claimed that he is a physiotherapist. At the same time, it was also officially said by the Aam Aadmi Party that Satyendar Jain is being given physiotherapy in the jail. In such a situation, after this revelation, the politics of Delhi is going to heat up again in view of the Municipal Corporation elections 2022.

At the same time, this information is also coming out that Rinku is accused in a rape case and he is a prisoner in the jail itself. This prisoner has been charged with Section 6 of the POCSO Act and Sections 376, 506 and 509 of the IPC. Earlier he was called a physiotherapist.

Case of video going viral in court
Explain that on November 19, Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court had issued a notice to the Enforcement Directorate after the video of Delhi cabinet minister Satyendar Jain’s massage, currently lodged in Tihar Jail under judicial custody, went viral. In this, an answer has been sought from the ED regarding the leaked video in the next hearing.

Significantly, the legal team of Satyendar Jain has filed a petition in the court of Special Judge Vikas Dhul, alleging that despite giving an affidavit, the ED has leaked footage of CCTV cameras installed inside the jail.

ED claims, special facility being given to Satyendar Jain in jail
Explain that on November 9, opposing the bail application, it was alleged by the ED that Satyendar Jain was getting special facilities in Tihar Jail. The ED, keeping its side, had also said that outsiders were massaging them inside the jail. It was also claimed that Satyendar Jain was being given special food.

ED had given an affidavit not to leak the video
Along with this, the ED had also shown the CCTV footage to the court regarding this allegation. During this, he had also given an affidavit that he would not give this video to anyone. After this, on the morning of November 19, a video of Satyendar Jain’s massage in jail went viral, so his legal team has moved the court.
