Uttarakhand : In Haldwani city commissioner requested SSP to provide security

Municipal Corporation Haldwani-Kathgodam Chief Municipal Commissioner Pankaj Upadhyay while writing a letter to Senior Superintendent of Police Nainital Pankaj Bhatt regarding the complete boycott of work from tomorrow 25th November said that the letter dated 24.11.2022 of United Front Municipal Corporation Haldwani-Kathgodam Please try to take reference. In the order of the referred letter, it is to be informed that from date 25.11.2022, it has been announced to boycott the work completely by the environmental friends working in the Municipal Corporation.

There is every possibility of disturbing the peace by them. He said that alternative arrangements are being made by the Municipal Corporation Haldwani-Kathgodam to maintain the cleanliness of the city, but in view of the possibility of disruption in the system by the personnel who went on boycott, the Municipal Corporation office and the mayor engaged in alternative arrangements. The commissioner should make efforts to provide necessary police protection to all the officers/employees of the Municipal Corporation including personnel/labourers engaged in daily work and vehicles/resources engaged in cleaning work.

Along with this, he told the senior city health officer that he should make sure to make alternative arrangements to keep the cleanliness of the city smooth. And submit the information of contract workers, sanitation committee and outsourced workers who went on work boycott. If any vehicle driver is on work boycott, then he should deposit the vehicle and the key of the vehicle.
