Uttarakhand : Cabinet has taken many decisions

Today, the government spokesman Subodh Uniyal informed about 12 decisions taken in the cabinet.

1. Hemkund Saheb, Ghangharia, Lokpal temple under the eco-sensitive zone of flowers, excluding under the revised proposal, the proposal will be sent to the Government of India again as a region without population.

2. Under the Noise Pollution Regulation Control 2000, fines have been provided in various areas of the state in residential, industrial, commercial and quiet areas.  Under this, damage of 01 thousand will be taken for the first violation, 05 thousand for the entertainment operator, 10 thousand for the hotel operator and 20 thousand for the mining.

3. An amount of Rs. 01 crore was given to the MLAs for Covid.  The limit of expenditure of 25 lakhs in remote areas has been removed at one time, which will help in getting medical facilities in remote areas.  Apart from this, exemption of Procurement Rules to be given to Health Department will also apply to it.

4. Echo Park, Narendra Nagar, Muni ki Reti, will be run in the society model.  Himalayan Ecology Reforms Biodiversity Livelihood Promotion Institute (Herbal) will be the governing body whose chief guardian will be the Chief Minister, Forest Minister will be the guardian and the regional MLA will be the co-patron.  Apart from this, the Chief Conservator of the Managing Committee, Additional Chief Secretary and ex-officio Chairman, Head of the Department of Forests and the Chief Conservator of Forests and Forest Officer, Public Representative will be its members.

5. Service rules of Revenue Council, Review Officer, Assistant Review Officer were promulgated.

6. The vacant land of the old tehsil in Ramnagar will be given free of cost for the construction of multi-storey parking.

7. Swami Vivekananda Health Society will be exempted from stamp duty to purchase 2.4 hectares of land in the National Health Mission Bhatwadi.  The amount of which is 12 lakh 68 thousand 750.

8. The Haridwar Medical College has been estimated to cost Rs. 538.40 crore for the technical testing cost of construction work costing Rs. 325 crore to be built in Jagjitpur under the Central Assistance Scheme of 90: 10 ratio.  For this, 25 crore has been released by the Central Government, the proportion will increase in the state.

9. In Haridwar, Pithoragarh, Rudrapur Medical College, the Principal, who works on contract basis, will be given financial and administrative powers with the intention that joint signatures will also be with the Controller of Finance.

10. The MRI machine to be given to Mela Hospital Haridwar has been allowed to be brought from Delhi with the intention of first obtaining permission from the Central Government.

11. In view of Covid, 02 kg sugar per card will be given at the rate of Rs 25 / kg for 03 months (June, July, August) under National and State Food Scheme.

12. Technical testing approval for work up to Rs. 2 crore in water life mission will now be allowed through district level review instead of governance.
