SII seeks permission from DCGI to make Sputnik V vaccine

Serum Institute of India (SII) has applied to the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) seeking permission for the production of the COVID-19 vaccine Sputnik V in the country. The Pune-based company has also sought approval for test analysis and testing.
