Himachal Pradesh : Dr. MK Brahmi appointed OSD to the Vice Chancellor of Nauni University

Solan : Dr. MK Brahmi, faculty working in the Department of Environmental Sciences, Dr. YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni has taken over as OSD to Vice Chancellor Dr. Parvinder Kaushal. Dr. Brahmi obtained his doctorate from Forest Research Institute, Dehradun after obtaining B.Sc and MSc (Forestry) degrees from Nauni University. He joined the University as a Research Associate at the NAEBK Regional Center in 2003 and was appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental Sciences in 2010.

Apart from acting as OSD, Dr. Brahmi will also work as in-charge of the Planning and Implementation Cell of the Vice-Chancellor’s Secretariat. On this occasion, he thanked Dr. Kaushal for giving him a new responsibility. University officials and staff congratulated Dr. Brahmi.
