The makers praised Vidya Balan’s performance in the film Sherni

Bollywood actress Vidya Balan’s performance in the upcoming film Sherni has been praised by the makers. The film Sherni, directed by Amit Masurkar under the banner of T-Series and Abandonshiya Entertainment, stars Vidya Balan in the lead role. In Sherni, Vidya Balan plays the role of a forest officer in Sherni. The film’s producers Bhushan Kumar and Vikram Malhotra have praised Vidya Balan’s performance in the film Sherni.

Bhushan Kumar said, “It was a great time for us to work with Vidya in Tumhari Sulu. She is a dedicated actress and her admirable love for art is reflected on screen. Working with Vidya has always been fun and a great learning experience. She is not only every director’s actress but also every producer’s favorite.

Vikram Malhotra said, Vidya is an exceptional artist and has created a die-hard fan franchise with her work over the last 16 years. While working together on Shakuntala Devi, I saw how she molded herself into that complex character and paid attention to every single intricate detail. For the lioness, there can be no one for us except Vidya.

It is being told that this film is based on the confrontation between humans and wildlife. Whose story revolves around the famous murder of a lioness named Avni. On the day of November 2018, Avni was killed by a shooter on the instructions of Forest Department officials. According to the department, Avni had killed 13 people in Maharashtra, so the authorities decided to kill this dreaded lioness. Apart from Vidya Balan, Brajendra Kala Sharad Saxena, Mukul Chadha, Vijay Raj, Ila Arun, Krishna Bisht in the film Lioness and Neeraj Kabi in a pivotal role as well. Lioness produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Vikram Malhotra and Amit Masurkar will stream on Amazon Prime Video from June 18, 2021.
