Vidya Balan may work with South’s superstar Chiranjeevi

According to the report, Vidya has been approached for Chiranjeevi’s next much-talked-about film Lucifer. The makers have made up their mind to sign him in this film. Vidya is going to play Chiranjeevi’s sister in the film. The names of Nayantara, Radhia and Genelia have been revealed earlier for the character for which she has been selected, but now Vidya’s name is believed to be almost certain.

The report also states that Vidya has liked the story of the film and her character in it. He has given his consent to be a part of it. Vidya has also said yes to the film because through this film she is going to work with Chiranjeevi for the first time. Let us inform that Vidya last made a guest appearance in the Tamil film Kalyani Bharath.

Lucifer is being directed by Mohan Raja. The shooting of the film started in January. It is a remake of the hit Malayalam film of the same name. The film is being produced under the banners of NV Prasad and Konidela Productions. Actor Satyadev is also going to play a special role in it. Mohan Raja had announced the film on 16 December last year. Lucifer was a political drama film, which did tremendous business at the box office.
Vidya’s film Sherni released on June 18. In this, Vidya is going to play the role of a forest officer. Vidya will be working again with Tanuj Garg and Atul Kasbekar, the makers of Tumhari Sulu. He has finalized a script, which Vidya has liked very much. Apart from this, Vidya will also be seen in producer Vikram Malhotra’s next film. The director of the film will be handled by Suresh Triveni.
