Now information is coming out that the shooting of this film starring John has been completed. It is being told that the makers are contemplating to release this film in theatres.
Film critic Taran Adarsh has shared information in this regard on his official Twitter handle. He wrote in his Twitter post, John starrer Satyamev Jayate 2 was earlier scheduled to release on the occasion of Eid this year. Now the new information is that the shooting of the film has been completed. The post production work of the film is going on. When the theaters open, the film can be released in theatres.
The film was scheduled to release in theaters on May 13. The makers decided to postpone the film’s release in April due to the coronavirus pandemic. The makers had said in their official statement, in the present uncertain environment, nothing is more important than the safety and health of the people of our country. Our film Satyamev Jayate 2 will now release beyond the scheduled release date.
Bhushan Kumar and Nikhil Advani have produced the film. Satyamev Jayate 2 will be a film based on corruption. John will be seen in a double role for the first time in a film. The first part of the film received a lot of love from the audience at the box office. The film has been shot in different parts of Lucknow. Divya Khosla Kumar will also be seen alongside John in this film, who was also in the first part. The film has been directed by Milap Zaveri.
Released on August 15, 2018, the first part of the film Satyamev Jayate begins in Mumbai, where Veer Rathore (John) turns into a serial killer for police officers involved in corruption. He puts to death those who indulge in corruption and bribery by wearing a uniform. John’s performance in this film was highly appreciated.
