Uttarakhand / Chamoli : Former MLA Dr. Nautiyal remembered in Gairsain

On the occasion of the birth day of Dr. Shivanand Nautiyal, former MLA of Karnprayag and several times minister in undivided UP, Congress workers garlanded his picture and said that for laying a network of roads in the area, opening schools in village-villages. Dr. Shivanand Nautiyal will always be remembered. This program organized at Ramlila Maidan Gairsain was presided over by Congress District Vice President Puran Negi.
