Indian team selection for ITF World Junior Tennis Finals

The Junior Selection Committee of the All India Tennis Association (AITA) headed by Suman Kapoor has selected the Indian team for the upcoming ITF World Junior Tennis Final 2021 to be held in Prostejov, Czech Republic from August 2-7.

Sajid Lodi will be the captain of the Indian team, while Rethin Pranav will lead the RS team. Apart from them, Krish Ajay Tyagi and Tejas Ahuja are present in the team. Manas Manaje Dhamne has been included in the team as a reserve player.

The ITF World Junior Tennis Finals is the International Tennis Federation’s team championship for boys and girls aged 14 and under. This is the 21st year in a row that the final will be held in Prostejov, Czech Republic. The ITF World Junior Tennis Finals will be played on a ’round robin’ basis. This will be followed by the knockout stage matches. Matches will be played on 16 clay courts or in inclement weather conditions on a nearby indoor court.
