Instructions given to ensure compliance of COVID-19 protocol

District Magistrate / District Election Officer Abhishek Prakash reached the development block mall on Thursday in view of the Panchayat Chief Election-2021, and took stock of the nomination process. He informed that the nomination process has been started from Thursday in view of Panchayat Chief Election-2021. Election supervisor Rishirendra Kumar also saw the nomination system. Adequate cleanliness was found in the premises. Enrollment was found to be done while complying with Kovid-19. The District Elections directed that in order to maintain social distancing in view of the Kovid infection, instructions were given to mark the balls on the ground so that too much crowd does not gather at one place. The District Magistrate informed that adequate amount of police force and barricading have been made to conduct the enrollment process peacefully. During the inspection, he also directed that separate gates should be arranged for people coming and going to the enrollment centers and strict compliance of masks, social distancing and covid protocol should be ensured. After the above, District Election Officer Kakori Reached the polling station located and took stock of all the arrangements. Where he directed that the provision of basic facilities should be ensured at all the polling stations and voting should be ensured by following the Kovid-19 protocol. Arrangements like drinking water, toilets and hand sanitizer etc. should also be ensured at all polling stations. Additional District Magistrate Civil Supplies RD Pandey, Sub Collector Sadar Praful Tripathi, Tehsildar Sadar Gyanendra Singh and other departmental officers were present in the inspection.
