Lucknow Development Authority will now conduct a market survey and determine the size of the plots as per the demand. LDA Vice President Abhishek Prakash has taken this decision for the speedy disposal of the properties of the authority and increase in income. Auction of shops, buildings and plots in all the schemes of the authority. In the meeting held on Wednesday regarding disposal, the Vice President issued orders in this regard. Vice President Abhishek Prakash said that eight properties were auctioned on Tuesday, whose total bid is Rs 101.3 crore. In this, the authority got the maximum bid at about two and a half times more than the reserve price of plot number CF-1A of Gomti Nagar Extension. It was found in this auction that people are showing less interest in buying large plots. In such a situation, it is necessary that large plots should be re-planned. For this, the size of the plots should be decided according to the demand of the people by conducting a market survey. He has directed the concerned officers to complete the process within three days and submit the report. During the meeting, Pawan Kumar Gangwar, Secretary, Authority discussed about the sale of 33 shops and 32 buildings built in Viramkhand of Gomtinagar. On this, LDA Vice President Abhishek Prakash instructed to complete the numbering of shops and houses and other works in a week. It was also decided that the shops built here would be auctioned and the buildings would be sold under the lottery system. Apart from this, while discussing the land of health facility under Jankipuram scheme, the Secretary directed to clear its map in two days. At the same time, instructions have been given to complete the process of auctioning the plots of Jankipuram and Basant Kunj Yojna, including commercial plots of 1500 square / meter lying vacant under Sharda Nagar Yojna. Similarly, instructions were given to complete the work of dimension of plot number CF-1B and CF-1A of Viramkhand and put it in auction at the earliest. At the same time, the Enumeration Section has been directed to complete the file of 180 shops and hand it over to the Property Section at the earliest.

Shops will be able to buy soon under Mansarovar Yojana: Gangwar

LDA Secretary Pawan Gangwar said in the meeting that the complex under the Kanpur Road, Mansarovar scheme is ready. He has given instructions to complete the measurement and costing work by the end of this month. Now soon interested people will be able to buy shops here. Apart from this, instructions have been given to complete the action by surveying the plot numbers CP-2 and CP-3 in Sector-O of Mansarovar Yojana in two days.

Work with ‘Track and Solve Formula’: Abhishek Prakash

Lucknow Development Authority Vice-Chairman Abhishek Prakash instructed to work under the track and solve formula to expedite the auction/disposal work of properties. He said that in some places there is delay in disposal of properties due to minor reasons. Therefore, after finding these problems, after completing all the formalities, the work of disposal of the property should be completed.
