Uttarakhand / Dehradun : Demonstration of Class IV personnel of Health Department in Doon Hospital

The class IV employees of the Health Department have started agitation for various demands. The employees of the district protested outside the blood bank of Doon Hospital. After that the work was done by tying a black band. State Vice President Nelson Aroda and District President Guruprasad said that under the statewide agitation, work would be done by tying black bands till July 19. The officers are not taking care of their demands, due to which there is resentment among the employees. The biggest resentment is about promotion. Said that Class IV personnel of Forest Department were promoted to Forest Guard, Class IV personnel of Animal Husbandry Department were promoted to the post of Vaccinator, but employees of Health Department were promoted to Lab Assistant, Darkroom Assistant, Dresser, OT Assistant. Accordingly, there is a problem in meeting the quota of 50 percent. Whereas 100 percent promotion has been done in Animal Husbandry Department. The employees have done an excellent job during the Corona period. During this a large number of employees were involved.
