Therefore, there is a great need to conserve water, which will be useful to humans in future. On Wednesday, a program was organized in the primary school located in Jhabrawala. Here Cabinet Minister Satpal Maharaj and former CM Trivendra Singh Rawat laid the foundation stone for the work of undergrounding the Bullawala Canal. Cabinet Minister Satpal Maharaj said that water is life. Its protection is essential. Said that the 6.1 km long canal of Bulawala would be made underground at a cost of 14 crore 31 lakh 86 thousand and a 12 feet wide road would be built over it. Chambers will be made in the canal at a certain distance, so that the garbage coming into the canal can be removed. He appealed to avoid the third wave of COVID-19 and not to overcrowd. Said that the government is going to install 1 crore vaccines in the state. Vaccination will be done for every citizen of the state. Former Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat said that there is a provision to complete the construction of this canal in two years. Said that all the engineers should build this canal with the help of villagers and public representatives. This should not cause any trouble to the people. After reaching a place called Chand Pathar, he talked about making it a tourist destination.
Former CM came one hour late in the program: Cabinet minister Satpal Maharaj arrived at three o’clock in the program organized in Jhabrawala. While former CM Trivendra Singh Rawat arrived at four o’clock. He also apologized for this in his speech after being an hour late. The workers and the cabinet minister had to wait for an hour.
