Esha Deol to return with web series Rudra

Confirming the news, Esha tweeted, “Rudra is my first web series and that too with such a wonderful actor Ajay Devgn who has been my co-star in films. Isha said, I am extremely happy to be associated with this series. I wanted to be associated with such a project, which would give me a chance to explore something new as an actor. Excited to work with Ajay Devgn after a long time.
Rudra is the Hindi remake of the British psychological crime drama series Luther. Idris Elba played DCI John Luther in the English series by Neil Cross, while actress Alice Morgan played Ruth Wilson. There have been five seasons of this series so far, which have received a lot of love from the audience. The story of the Hindi remake Rudra has been made according to the metro city and Hindustani environment. The series will release on Disney Plus Hotstar.

Isha started her film career in 2002. Koi Mere Dil Se Pooche was his first film. He also received the Filmfare Award for this film. After this, he worked in many films like Na Tum Jaano Na Hum, Kya Dil Ne Keha, Kuch To Hai, LOC Kargil, Yuva and Dhoom. However, Isha could not achieve a special place in Bollywood. He was last seen in the short film Cakewalk in 2018.
