Himachal Pradesh / Solan : Send the details of employees for election duty by July 31

A meeting was held today in view of the by-election to be held in 50-Arki assembly constituency of Solan district. Tehsildar Election Rajendra Sharma presided over the meeting. In the meeting, office heads of various departments were asked to prepare a list of officers and employees to be posted on election duty.

Rajendra Sharma said that for smooth election in the 50-Arki assembly constituency, all the drawing and distribution officers should ensure to send the list of employees working in their respective offices to the District Election Office, Solan by July 31, 2021. On this occasion, the drawing and disbursing officers of various departments were provided information about CAMP software.

Tehsildar Election said that all the officers should update the details of the employees on the web portal http://admins.hp.nic.in and also ensure to send it to the e-mail address of the District Election Office, Solan, select-sol-hp@nic.in. Do it.

He said that the duty of such officers and employees will not be imposed in the election duty, whose retirement period has been reduced to one year or less.
