Uttarakhand / Rishikesh : Uncontrolled car collided with tree, two killed, 4 injured

A car went out of control and hit a tree near Thano Road on the Raipur-Rishikesh road. Two people died in the accident. While four people were injured. They have been admitted to Himalayan Hospital at Jollygrant with the help of 108 service. According to Doiwala Kotwali police, a car went out of control and rammed into a tree in front on Thano Road in the early hours of Sunday. The car has been badly damaged in the accident. While Vinod Bhatt (53) son of the car, Ram Bhatt resident of 256 Chukhu Mohalla, Madan Mohan Bhatt (80) son Gayanand Bhatt resident of Teg Bahadur Road, Lane No. 3 Dehradun died on the spot. While the injured Narottam Bhatt (58) son Chetram resident of house number 29, Vivekananda village face two, Jogiwala, Bhagwati Prasad Bhatt (47) and Kirti Ram Bhatt (77) son Damodar Bhatt both residents of Tegh Bahadur Road, Dalanwala, Ramesh Chandra Bhatt (67) Son Makhan Lal Bhatt resident of Sarathi Vihar, Dehradun was injured. He was admitted to the Himalayan Hospital at Jollygrant from 108 service. They are undergoing treatment in the hospital. Senior sub-inspector of Doiwala Kotwali Rajvikram Singh Panwar said that the bodies of the dead have been sent for the PM after doing Panchnama. He told that the car riders were going from Dehradun towards Bhaniyawala.
