25 terrorists killed in air strike by Afghanistan Air Force

Afghanistan’s defense ministry said 25 militants were killed in airstrikes targeting Taliban militant positions in Helmand province. According to a defense ministry statement, fighter jets struck positions of Taliban militants in parts of Nad Ali and Sangin districts late last night, killing 25 armed militants.
He said the armed group’s arsenal of weapons was also destroyed in the airstrike.

There has been no comment from the Taliban on this yet.

Earlier on Saturday, Afghan security forces claimed to have killed 81 militants in Kaldar and Chamtal districts of northern Balkh province.
