Satish and Vandana became members of Juvenile Justice Board

The Women and Child Development Department of the State Government has appointed child rights activists Satish Chandra Sharma and Vandana Sharma as members of Juvenile Justice Board Judicial Magistrate Bench Mathura. The ex-officio chairman of the board is the senior most judicial magistrate of the district. Satish Sharma was earlier a member of the Child Welfare Committee. Vandana Sharma is currently a member of the Child Welfare Committee. Satish Sharma is a member of Additional District Legal Services Authority, Mathura, PLV Civil Defense Organization, Post Warden District Child Labor Elimination Committee, Bonded Abolition Vigilance Committee, Mathura. He is working to connect the children living in slums with the mainstream of education, health, culture and society with the help of Justice for Children Street School Centers.
