Corona’s shadow on Team India, 2 more players came in the grip of virus

The shadow of Corona still remains on Team India. Spinners Yuzvendra Chahal and Krishnappa Gautham have also been hit by the corona virus. Both these players are part of Team India which went on tour to Sri Lanka. Yuzvendra Chahal and Krishnappa Gautam had come in contact with all-rounder Krunal Pandya, who was found infected on July 27.

It is now clear that Yuzvendra Chahal and Krishnappa Gautam will stay in Sri Lanka with those six players. Who was separated from the team before the second T20. While the rest of the Indian team is returning to India immediately after the end of the three T20 match series. Krunal had contracted the virus before the second T20 match, after which the match had to be postponed. Sri Lanka beat India by 7 wickets in the third T20 to win the series 2-1. On behalf of the team, Wanindu Hasaranga took four wickets giving just 9 runs while bowling tremendously.
