In view of the rising number of COVID in Kerala, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Friday said that the increasing cases in the state are worrying and appealed to the people to follow all safety measures. The remarks of the Congress Lok Sabha MP from Wayanad comes after Kerala reported an increase in the number of COVID cases in the recent past.
More than 20,000 new cases were reported on Thursday for the third consecutive day, an official statement said.
On Thursday 22,064 people tested positive, on Wednesday 22,056 and on Tuesday 22,129 people have tested positive.
