Railway worker dies after being hit by train

A 27-year-old railway worker died under suspicious circumstances after being hit by a train last night between Bakthorwa and Subhagpur railway stations located on Gorakhpur-Gonda rail section. After the incident, the police station Kotwali, who reached the spot, took the body in possession and sent it for post-mortem. According to locals, the deceased Devendra Mishra (27) son Surya Narayan Mishra resident Amradiha Mauja Ganwaria was working as a gangman in the railway. He died after being hit by an unknown train last night. On Monday morning, the mutilated body of Devendra Mishra was seen by some villagers on the railway track. Immediately informed the station superintendent along with the concerned police station Itiathok and the countryside Kotwali. The police of both the stations reached the spot and started investigation. At the same time, the countryside police have taken the body in possession and sent it for post-mortem.
