Shock to common man, then LPG cylinder became expensive

LPG cylinders have also become expensive amid rising prices of petrol and diesel during the Corona period. On the first day of August, people have got another shock of inflation. Indian Oil Corporation has increased the price of 19 kg commercial gas cylinder by Rs 73.5 per cylinder. The price of 19 kg commercial gas cylinder in Delhi has increased from Rs 1500 to Rs 1623 per cylinder. These increased prices of LPG gas cylinders have come into effect from 1st August i.e. today.
However, the price of 14.2 kg non-subsidized cylinder for domestic use has not increased. Accordingly, the cost of 14.2 kg non-subsidized LPG cylinder in Delhi is Rs 834.50. It is worth noting that in July, oil companies had increased the price of domestic LPG cylinders by Rs 25.50. Oil companies have increased the price of 19 kg commercial gas cylinder. Under this, the highest increase has been made in Chennai by Rs 73.50 per cylinder.
There was an increase in the prices of domestic gas cylinders in July
The prices of 14.2 kg gas cylinder will be same as last month. In the month of July, oil companies had announced an increase of 25.50 per cylinder in the prices of domestic gas cylinders. In the national capital Delhi, the price of 14.2 kg non-subsidized LPG cylinder is Rs 834.50, while in Mumbai it is Rs 834.50, in Kolkata it is Rs 861 and in Chennai it is Rs 850.50 per cylinder.
