Notice to actress Shilpa Shetty and her mother, Lucknow Police reached the bungalow in Mumbai

Chinhat’s BBD outpost in-charge Ajay Shukla and his team reached Mumbai-based actress Shilpa Shetty’s bungalow on Wednesday and served a notice to her manager. Outpost in-charge is investigating the case of fraud of 1.36 crores by supplying substandard goods by giving French IG of Iosis Wellness Center firm registered in Vibhutikhand police station. The directors of this company are Shilpa Shetty and her mother Sunanda Shetty. Jyotsna had filed a case against the company on 19 June 2020 last year.

DCP East Sanjeev Suman said that in this case, the investigator also recorded the statements of Vinay Bhasin, Asha, Poonam Jha, Anamika Chaturvedi and others of Shilpa Shetty’s company. During this, the investigator and his team reached the house and office of Kiran Baba, director of Iosys Wellness Company. The police pasted the notice there.

On June 19, Jyotsna Chauhan, a resident of Omaxe Heights, had filed a case against Kiran Baba, director of Iosis Company, besides Vinay Bhasin, Anamika Chaturvedi, Ishrafir, Navneet Kaur, Poonam Jha and Asha. According to Jyotsna’s allegation, he had taken the franchisee of Iosis Wellness Center in Rohtas Presidential located in Vibhutikhand area. All the requirements related to the documents were completed. 1.63 crore was also given in the account of the company. Kiran Baba had said that actress Shilpa Shetty and her mother Sunanda Shetty are associated with Iosys Wellness Company. Both of them will also come in the inauguration. But Shilpa Shetty and her mother did not come to the company inauguration. After this the goods sent by the company were also substandard. Jyotsna had filed a case in this regard by giving a complaint.
