Uttar Pradesh : In the case filed against AAP MP Sanjay Singh, Lucknow Police asked for documents, Jal Shakti Minister also sent legal notice

Hazratganj Police has started investigation in the case registered against Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh. In this case, the investigator has asked for documents from the plaintiff side, Haraiya MLA Ajay Singh. Based on the documents, the police will investigate.
Hazratganj Acting Inspector Anil Singh said that the documents related to the allegations made by BJP MLA Ajay Singh of making false statements by preparing fake documents have been sought from him. The police will also take documents from the accused MP Sanjay Singh in this case. On Tuesday, BJP MLA Ajay Singh had alleged in a Tahrir given in Hazratganj Kotwali that Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh had made fake and forged documents to defame him and the government and tarnish the image by holding a press conference on August 8. presented in front of The BJP MLA said that Sanjay Singh showed his form regarding the water power department, while he raised questions in the assembly regarding the irrigation department.
Jal Shakti Minister Dr. Mahendra Singh has sent contempt notice to AAP MP Sanjay Singh. In the notice sent through advocate, he said that Sanjay Singh has made fabricated and baseless allegations of corruption against the government and him. The minister asked the AAP MP to tender an apology within 15 days of receiving the notice and immediately remove the news related to internet media, else he would be bound to approach the court for taking appropriate legal action.
