Businessmen lost sleep due to raids of Income Tax Department

The Income Tax Department team that arrived from Delhi this morning gave sleepless nights to the investors and businessmen of Dehradun. Houses of investors and industrialists have also been raided on Nashville Road in Dehradun city. Police force has been called on the spot.

Many vehicles came one after the other

Several vehicles of the Income Tax Department arrived one after the other at Nashville Road in Dehradun on Thursday morning. Due to the arrival of such a large number of vehicles at once, a crowd gathered around. The houses of many investors and industrialists have been raided. Out of these, the news of raid on the house of the owner of MJ Residency has come to the fore.

Raid on three dozen places of property dealer

The Income Tax Department has raided more than three dozen locations of property dealers in Dehradun, Rishikesh, Delhi and Saharanpur. According to the information, raids are going on at the places and houses of Dehradun property dealers Manjit Johar, Raj Lumba, Mehta Brothers, Nuts Bhatia, Naveen Kumar Mittal and land mafia Mitin Gupta. The raids were started in Dehradun under the leadership of Additional Director of Income Tax Department Thakur Mapwal and Deputy Director Ritesh Bhatt. However, the department has refused to give any information regarding the departmental raids. But from Dehradun to Rishikesh, there has been a stir due to these quick raids of the Income Tax Department.
