Indian industry is responsible for the success of self-reliant India: Modi
Describing the Amrit Festival of Independence as a great opportunity for new resolutions and new goals of the Indian industry, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said that Indian industries have a huge responsibility for the success of the self-reliant India campaign.
Addressing the annual meeting of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Shri Modi said that this meeting of CII is being held this time in the atmosphere of 75th Independence Day, in the midst of Amrit Mahotsav of Azadi. This is a big opportunity, for new resolutions, for new goals of the Indian industry.
He said that today’s new India is ready to walk with the new world. India which was once apprehensive of foreign investment, today it is welcoming all types of investment. Today the situation is changing rapidly. The sentiment of the countrymen is with the products made in India. It is not necessary that the company is Indian, but today every Indian wants to adopt a product made in India.
