In the auditorium of Vikas Bhawan, 150 teachers associated with basic and secondary education were honored with certificates. Many teachers put efforts from their level during the lockdown period, which were also considered as examples.
In the presence of Minister of State for Food and Logistics Ranvendra Pratap Singh alias Dhunni and Minister of State for Prisons Jai Kumar Singh Jackie, 75 teachers of Basic Education Department and equal number of teachers of Secondary Education Department were called in the auditorium of Vikas Bhawan. The Minister of State for Food and Logistics described education as the first weapon for the progress of any society. The Minister of State for Prisons also described training as a mirror of success. Sadar MLA Vikram Singh and Khaga MLA Krishna Paswan appreciated the efforts made for online education during the lockdown period. DM Apoorva Dubey described the gurus who were honored as a source of inspiration for others. CDO Satya Prakash, District School Inspector Mahendra Pratap Singh, Basic Education Officer were also present on this occasion.
