Uttar Pradesh / Balrampur : Second dose of vaccine was given to the dead, when the matter came to light, there was a stir

A case of giving second dose of vaccine to a deceased woman has come to the fore at Pakhi Bazar Vaccination Center of CHC Utraula in Balrampur district. In the departmental inquiry, it has been found that there has been a mistake in the online feeding. A reply has been called from the concerned. It is to be known that on the same mobile number on April 14 last, Rajpati, Sanwari Devi, Raj Kumari and Udhav were vaccinated on the same mobile number at Badya Pakdi COVID Vaccination Center. On June 5, Rajpati died naturally. On August 28, the second dose of the vaccine was administered by Sanwari Devi at the same centre. CHC Superintendent Dr. Chandra Prakash Singh told that on the same mobile number, the second dose was hit by Sanwari Devi.
