The process of gate meeting continued on the 13th day of the Uttarakhand Officer Staff Teacher Coordination Committee constituted for various demands. On Thursday, the employees did public awareness by holding a gate meeting in the DFO office. On September 20, the employees-officers started preparations in preparation for the demonstration against the 18-point demands at the district headquarters. In the 18-point major demands of the Officer-Employee-Teacher Coordination Committee, all the state employees of the state should be allowed promotion pay scale on 10, 16 and 26 years of service as before. The discrepancies in the golden card prescribed for state employees should be resolved. The system of relaxation should be restored as before in the eligibility period for promotion. Old pension system should be implemented in the state. The educational qualification of Junior Assistant in Ministerial cadre should be graduation and one year computer knowledge should be made compulsory. Increasing the level of promotion in the personal assistant cadre, under the staffing pattern, the grade pay should be allowed up to 4800. Conveyance allowance should be fixed for all employees. Ignoring the grade pay of 2400 to the state vehicle driver, the staffing pattern should be allowed up to 4800. Class IV employees should be allowed up to 4200 grade pay under staffing pattern like drivers. After the gate meeting from 6 to 19 September, a demonstration will be held at the district headquarters on 20 September for the demands. Under the leadership of Badri Prasad Saklani, Pratap Singh Chauhan, Jagat Dogra, Rajiv Negi, Trilok Singh Negi, gate meeting is being organized at Tehri headquarters in various departments.
