Senior members of Arya Samaj were honored by organizing a program at Arya Samaj Mandir, Doiwala. The speakers told about the history of Arya Samaj.

Arya family introduction and senior Arya Samman ceremony was organized at Arya Samaj Mandir on Railway Road in Doiwala on Sunday. Havan Yagya was performed in the ceremony. After the havan, senior Arya Ratan Singh of Bhogpur, Bhagat Singh from Arya Nagar, Rajpal Verma of Bhaniyawala, Arya Samaj temple in-charge Satpal Anand were honored. The speakers expressed their views about the importance of Arya Samaj and their history. During this, the girl students of Arya Kanya Inter College were also awarded. On the occasion, Ishwar Chand Agarwal, former principal of Arya Kanya Inter College, Vimla Sharma, Kanchan Kapoor, Sonia Arya, Chhavi Rahi, Siyaram Giri, Surendra Verma, Jaydev Dhiman, Satya Prakash Rahi, Luv Verma, Deepak Anand, Ashok Sharma, Vinod Kumar, Om Rahi etc. were present.

He warned that the agitation would continue till the problem was not resolved.
