Uttarakhand / Almora : Instructions to complete pending discussions at the earliest
Senior Superintendent of Police Almora Pankaj Bhatt organized a monthly review of crimes and employees’ conference in the police line on Monday. During this, he directed to complete the pending discussions at the earliest. Along with this, in view of the possibility of betting in the ongoing IPL, asked to keep an eye on it.
The SSP said that such activities should be strictly stopped. The SSP directed for the early arrest of the wanted accused along with the information about the investigations. He said that the station in-charges would have to pay attention to 100 percent service of summons and warrants. Instructed the Operation Smile team to take concrete steps for the safe recovery in the registered cases of missing.
Barrier-free smooth traffic system: SSP Bhatt said that an initiative has to be taken to facilitate smooth traffic system without obstruction to the public. For this, suggestions were taken from the station in-charges during the seminar. He asked in-charge traffic Ganesh Singh Hardia and in-charge Inter Septor Jeevan Singh Samant to keep the city’s traffic system smooth. The SSP said that it should be kept in mind that the general public should be treated with humility.
