Foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Iran discussed bilateral ties: Ministry

The Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Iran, Jehun Bayramov and Hossein Amir Abdulahian, discussed bilateral relations over the telephone. This discussion is also important because the rhetoric seen recently has not been in line with the level of friendly relations between the two countries.
