The incident took place at around 10 pm on Wednesday night during Devi Jagran near Devkali Neel godown of Nagar Kotwali area. It is being told that the idol of Maa Durga has been installed in front of Ashok Yadav’s house near Neel Godown. Where the program of Goddess Jagran was being held on Maha Ashtami. Meanwhile, at around 10 o’clock in the night, four miscreants on the XUV car came and fired a bullet in the chest of 32-year-old Manjeet Yadav, son of Kamlesh Yadav, resident of Neel Godown Devkali.
