He said that even today the Binhar area is deprived of basic facilities. There is a shortage of teachers in Junior High School Madarsu. The BJP government is not paying attention to the regional problems. The BJP government is only claiming the development of the cities, while the development in the cities is also not visible on the ground. He said that only the Congress government can do the development of village, village, farm, farmer. Welcoming the 25 families of Binhar who joined the Congress party, the former Cabinet Minister said that the development of Binhar region is his priority.
