A dialogue program with the villagers was organized by the Congress in Binhar, a very backward area of Vikasnagar. Congress leaders said that during the dialogue, the villagers expressed their anger over the rising inflation and termed the anti-people policies of the BJP government as a hindrance to the development of the state.
Senior Congress leader and former cabinet minister, who was present in the mass dialogue program, told that the villagers are worried about the rising inflation. Addressing the villagers, he said that during the BJP rule, the kitchen budget of women from city to village has increased. Due to the increase in the price of cooking gas, refined oil, mustard oil, financial problems have arisen in front of the villagers who take care of their families by doing daily wages. He said that even today the Binhar area is deprived of basic facilities. There is a shortage of teachers in Junior High School Madarsu. The BJP government is not paying attention to the regional problems. The BJP government is only claiming the development of the cities, while the development in the cities is also not visible on the ground. He said that only the Congress government can do the development of village, village, farm, farmer. Welcoming the 25 families of Binhar who joined the Congress party, the former Cabinet Minister said that the development of Binhar region is his priority.
