Blast near Yemen’s Aden airport kills 12

A massive blast took place on Saturday near Yemen’s Aden Airport. The security officer has said that 12 people have lost their lives in this explosion so far. Witnesses and a security source told Reuters news agency: “An explosion occurred on Saturday near the entrance of Aden International Airport in southern Yemen.”
A security source said a bomb exploded in a car at the airport’s outer entrance.

Let us tell you that on the last day of last year also there was a blast in Aden Airport. In that incident 22 people lost their lives, while more than 50 people were injured. Shortly before the attack, a plane carrying the new cabinet ministers of the government had reached the airport. All these ministers had returned from Saudi Arabia.
