Nirav Modi case: Delhi High Court said – Center should take sides on the petition of MD-CEO of Allahabad Bank removed

Justice V Kameswara Rao of the Delhi High Court on Friday asked the central government to present its stand on the petition of Usha Ananthasubramanian, who was removed from the post of Allahabad CEO and MD. The next hearing has been fixed for April 18.

She was working in the same position in PNB before joining Allahabad Bank. Action was taken against Ananthasubramanian in August 2018 after the Modi scam came to light in January 2018.
