Uttar Pradesh / Moradabad : Gang rape by kidnapping a teenager in Majhola, the victim accused four youths
An incident of gang-rape with a teenager has come to light in Majhola police station area. It is alleged that the four accused youths took the teenager from outside the house and gang-raped her. The victim came out of the clutches of the accused and after hearing her, she came to know about the incident. The SSP has ordered the Majhola police station in-charge to register a case.
The family of the 13-year-old victim girl lives in a locality of Majhola. The girl’s father told in the application given to the SSP office that on October 29, 2021, at around two o’clock in the afternoon, his daughter was cleaning outside the house. During this time she disappeared. The father and other family members searched for the girl a lot, but she was nowhere to be found.
The matter was also reported to the police, but the police did not take any action. On November 6, the girl returned home. Then he told that four youths had taken him away. Everyone has raped her. She has somehow come out of the clutches of the accused. Then the victim narrated his ordeal to his family.
The father claims that his daughter recognizes the three accused youths. She does not know the fourth accused. The father says that he gave a complaint at Jayantipur police post and Majhola police station, but the police neither filed a report against the accused nor got the victim medically administered. SSP Bablu Kumar has ordered Majhola police station in-charge to register a case against the accused.
