Uttarakhand : 11 trainee officers found corona positive in Indian Forest Service Dehradun, came for mid term training

There has been an explosion of corona virus in Uttarakhand. There has been a significant increase in cases in the last few days. With this, 11 trainee officers were found corona infected at Indira Gandhi Forest Research Center (FRI) located in Dehradun on Thursday. After which there was a stir. Indira Gandhi Forest Research Center is one such place where a large number of corona infected officers were found last year as well.

In April 2021 also, FRI was closed for a long time due to corona infection. Even at that time, more than 100 apprentice officers were found to be corona infected. Officers attached to the Indian Forest Service receive training at the Indira Gandhi Forest Research Center.

According to the information received, 48 officers had gone to Lucknow training. After training in Lucknow, the officers reached Delhi. After this the team of trainee officers left for Dehradun from Delhi. During this, when the trainee officers were tested for corona, 11 out of them were found to be corona positive. At present, the corona infected officers have been isolated in the hostel.
