Uttarakhand / Pauri : Angry over not conducting NSUI student union elections, effigy of Higher Education Minister burnt

The results of B.Sc 6th semester examination conducted by Dev Suman University have been declared. Demonstrating at the gate, the college administration and Higher Education Minister Dhan Singh Rawat burnt the effigy.

That student union president Himanshu Bokhandi said that 70% of the children have been failed in the examination results which have come. Students say that when they rechecked the OMR sheet at home, they were all passed, the college administration is unnecessarily putting back on the students. We demand from the college administration that whatever irregularities have been committed by the administration, they should be rectified at the earliest. Otherwise the student union will take to the streets with their demands.
