After marriage, the woman was harassed by her in-laws for demanding a car and cash in dowry. The woman was assaulted. The woman also accused the husband of having an unnatural relationship. Giving a complaint to the police, it was alleged that the brother-in-law raped her. At the same time, the husband beat her and threw her out of the house. According to a woman resident of a village of Bilari police station area, she was married in February 2018 to a youth resident of Hayatnagar police station area of ​​Sambhal district.

It is alleged that after marriage, the in-laws started taunting her over low dowry. He started harassing her for demanding a car in dowry. According to the victim, the husband used to establish an unnatural relationship with her and started beating her when she protested. It is alleged that on September 10, when the husband had gone to work on the farm, the brother-in-law entered the victim’s room and raped her. On making noise, he threatened to leave. When the victim complained about the matter to the husband, he on the contrary threw the wife out of the house along with beating her. On the complaint of the victim, the SSP ordered the Bilari police station to investigate and take action.

Accused of filing a false case against the wife: A woman resident of Samthal village of Pakbara police station area has complained to the SSP, making serious allegations against her husband. According to the woman, she was married 12 years ago. Both also have a son. It is alleged that the husband used to come under the influence of alcohol and beat him up. The woman alleged that her husband had an illicit relationship with another woman, who, when she protested, beats him up every day. After which a case was registered against the husband on the orders of the SSP. At the same time, the accused husband has complained to the SSP accusing the wife of filing a false case. SSP Bablu Kumar has ordered the investigation of Pakbara police station in-charge and action as per rules.
