Uttarakhand / Chaubattakhal : Villagers of the assembly announced boycott of elections for the demand of delimitation

The people of Sunderkhal Gram Sabha of Veeronkhal block of Chaubattakhal assembly have announced a boycott of elections demanding delimitation, the villagers say that there is Pokhara block only fifteen-fifteen kilometers away from their village and Chaubattakhal tehsil is at a short distance. And they have been given in Veeronkhal tehsil and Veeronkhal block which is more than 50 kilometers away from them.
Due to which they have to face a lot of trouble, their public representatives are unable to get the development work done due to being away from the block and tehsil, the villagers told that they had demanded delimitation from the people sitting in administration and governance earlier but their demand was ignored.
