According to the information, the house of MT Khan, who lives in the quarters of IDPL Colony, was robbed by breaking the lock of the back gate between 10 and 12 on Monday morning. Unknown thieves have cleared the cash and jewelery worth lakhs of rupees kept in the house. On the information of the neighbors, the whole family reached their quarters. After giving immediate information, the police was also called to the spot.

According to the victims, jewelery worth Rs 10 lakh and cash worth Rs 5 lakh have been stolen. The police have started efforts to uncover the theft. The team of SOG Countryside is also engaged in the disclosure of theft. Kotwali in-charge inspector Ravi Saini told that investigation is being done in the matter. Footage of CCTV cameras installed in the surrounding establishments and outpost area is also being scrutinized by the police to nab the accused.
