Uttarakhand / Almora : Action on 93 people for violation of rules

Evening storm campaign of the police is going on in all the police station areas including Almora district headquarters. Under the campaign, the police have seized four vehicles, taking action against a total of 35 people who drink and drink alcohol in hotels and dhabas and 58 people on the Motor Vehicle Act.

On the instructions of SSP Pradeep Kumar Rai, the evening storm campaign of the police is going on across the district these days. Challan action is being taken against those who violate the rules by checking at hotels, dhabas, stalls and public places. On Friday, the police took action against 93 people and collected a fine of Rs 45,000. Two vehicles were also seized there.
