Uttarakhand / Lohaghat : NCD clinic opened in Upazila Hospital

NCD clinic has been started in the sub-district hospital, Lohaghat. Patients are being tested for BP, sugar, oxygen label, plus etc. in the clinic.

On Wednesday, Medical Superintendent Dr. Junaid Qamar inaugurated the clinic at the Upazila Hospital, Lohaghat. He told that the patients used to wander here and there to check BP etc. in the hospital. Now after the clinic opens, all the tests will be done at a fixed place. He told that for this, two ASHA workers will check from 8 am to 2 pm. He informed that the attendance register of ASHAs has also been kept in the clinic. Where she will put her signature everyday. The charge of the clinic has been given to the block coordinator Nirmala Punetha.
