While the Yogi government is patting its back on the action of bulldozers in UP, the opposition is attacking about it. Action was taken on illegal construction by Bareilly Development Authority (BDA) in village Chandpur Bichpuri of Bithrichainpur police station area in Bareilly district of UP. On which the opposition has raised questions. Actually Yashveer Saxena had reached the Janata Darbar of CM Yogi to save his house. At the time when Yashveer Saxena had reached the public court to make his plea, during that time the Bareilly Development Authority took action of bulldozer in his house. A video related to this is going viral on social media. In which the relatives of the victims are seen crying. In this regard, Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh has shared a video by tweeting. In which he has spoken of raising his voice against bulldozer politics.
He wrote, “Yashveer Saxena is this man crying while crying. To save his house from Bareilly, he was in the public court of Adityanath ji, at the same time his house was demolished. We all have to raise our voice against bulldozer politics, otherwise I don’t know whose number will come when?”
रोते बिलखते ये शख़्स यशवीर सक्सेना हैं बरेली से निकले अपना घर बचाने के लिये आदित्यनाथ जी के जनता दरबार में थे उसी वक़्त इनका मकान तोड़ दिया गया।

It is worth noting that in the video going viral, the family members of the victims are seen saying that our house was demolished in several rounds of action. We also reached the Janata Darbar of CM Yogi with our complaint. But no one asked our condition. A family member says that when the action was being taken, at that time we were in the Janata Darbar in Lucknow.
The aggrieved members say that we are not being listened to, on the contrary, the officers have taken such action by showing their dogma. On the other hand, the Vice President of the Kinnar Welfare Board, Kinner Sonam Chishti, has opened a large number of fronts against the Bareilly administration and BDA in protest against the demolition of illegal construction on behalf of the victims. Chishti, along with the villagers and eunuchs, sat on a dharna by putting a bed at the DM gate itself. On Thursday, Kinnar Sonam said that whether she gets jailed or sticks on her, justice will prevail.
CM Yogi has given instructions
It is worth noting that for the past few months, there have been allegations against the UP Police that bulldozers are being misused. In such a situation, CM Yogi has instructed the officials that in any case, bulldozers should not be run at the houses or shops of the poor. He said in his instructions that it should be used against the mafia and their illegal property.
