Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in the award ceremony organized at Nehru Stadium, Roorkee on Sunday. During this, Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami was given a grand welcome for his historic victory in the by-election, and Dr. Kalpana Saini was nominated as a Rajya Sabha MP.
Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami while thanking all the workers said that your hard work and dedication have done the work of breaking the myth by forming the government again in Uttarakhand. Congratulating MP Kalpana Saini for being elected unopposed to the Rajya Sabha, he said that this new role has given new hope to sister Kalpana Saini. He said that I have full faith that Kalpana Saini ji will fulfill this responsibility with full devotion and honesty. He said that with your presence in the Rajya Sabha, the whole of Uttarakhand will get the benefit of your experience and the resolution of the best Uttarakhand we are taking will get the requisite strength.
Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami said that by coordinating with each other, the State and Central Government will make Uttarakhand the best and ideal state of India by 2025, and by serving our country, our motherland, we will be able to make the philosophy of Integral Humanism meaningful. He said that I am proud that we are associated with such an ideology which has always been the mantra – “A party bigger than a person, a country bigger than a party”. He said that this tradition and this principle has been going on from Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookerjee ji, revered Deendayal Upadhyay ji and respected Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji till today. He said that our basic aim is to serve the people with the inspiration of Indianness. He said that today under the leadership of respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, we are continuously moving towards fulfilling the dreams of our state and this great nation. The victory we got in Uttarakhand has increased our responsibilities and now we have to fulfill the aspirations of the people of this state without delaying even a moment. We have to provide basic facilities from village to village, increase employment opportunities in the state, make our cultural identity more prosperous. He said that the Uttarakhand government is working with a “choiceless resolution”. For its accomplishment, we will unite day and night. He said that we have to fulfill the obligations of the society by giving them the highest priority.
The Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami said that today India is also strong and the Government of India is also that is why today bullets are being given to the enemy with bullets. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, work is being done to provide 10 lakh jobs in the coming time. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, there has been a change in the working style of different areas of the country. Today, every scheme is being implemented at the ground level and the schemes are being operated keeping in mind the importance of each class. Many works have been done to reach the government at the last end. He said that India now talks to other countries by putting forward its interests and today developed nations are also following India’s policies. Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, the development journey that India is on today, we have to make Uttarakhand the most worthy of it.
During this, in his address, Cabinet Minister Shri Satpal Maharaj while congratulating Chief Minister Shri Dhami on the historic victory in Champawat by-election said that the state is progressing continuously under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Dhami. Our government is working to take the development schemes to the people with the slogan of resolution without option. Congratulating Dr. Kalpana Saini on becoming a Rajya Sabha MP, Shri Satpal Maharaj described him as a wealthy person.
